Cruel Thoughts

Last Friday, British actor/producer/model Elizabeth Hurley married her Indian Boyfriend, Arun Nayar. What makes it very significant for me is not because they were married lavishly twice in a castle in the U.K and a palace in India, but finally after two harrowing experiences with her ex-boyfriends under the limelight she finally found a guy who seemed to the best among them. A few years back, I couldn’t careless about Elizabeth Hurley. So what if she is the beautiful seductress of movies like Bedazzled, EdTv and so on? Or she was able to secure a hefty contract from a large cosmetic firm?  But when I read an article from a showbiz magazine a few years back, I discovered that Ms. Hurley was not just another pretty face. She produces films and is known to be hardworking woman, which in my opinion, is an epitome of a self-made woman. But in spite her beauty and reputation, she gets involved with men who give her “scandals”. The first was with actor Hugh Grant and his famous scandal in the United States, followed by Movie Producer Stephen Bing who refuse to acknowledge Hurley’s pregnancy  at that moment. Finally she met Arun Nayar, who is blessed not only with good looks, good fashion taste, a good financial standing, but intelligence as well. The man is fluent in four languages: German, Hindi, Italian and English, and has a College and Master’s Degree in Physics!!! The man seemed larger than life, but he really exists in the flesh. All I can say is both Elizabeth Hurley and Arun Nayar are lucky to have found each other.
